Irani Pola Recipe


Boneless chicken – 250 gm
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder -1/4tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

For masala;
Onion – 4 nos
Ginger – 1 tsp paste
Garlic – 1 tsp paste
Green chilli – 1-2paste
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 3/4 tsp
Chicken masala – 3/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

For Batter;
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Milk -1 cup +2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Capsicum – 2 piece (opt)
