For 1 Cups AquaFaba
2 Cups Chickpeas
6 Cups Water
4 tbsp Powder Sugar
vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp optional
Soak 2 cups Chickpeas in 4 cups of water for a minimum of 8 hours.
Add the chickpeas to a pressure cooker with 6 cups of fresh water. Cover and Cook in Med-High Flame for 8 Whistles, then 20-25 mins in medium-low flame.
Switch off the flame, and let it stay undisturbed for a minimum of 3 hours and maximum 5 hours. Let the pressure release naturally. After that, open the cooker, and drain the chickpeas
The water collected Aquafaba is all ready to use in any recipe now.
Cool the Aquafaba in the refrigerator for 24 hours
take a bowl and add Aquafaba, Using a Hand Mixer start whipping it.Add 4 tbsp powdered sugar and beet
A little vanilla essence can be added for flavoring. It is very neutral in flavor though.
